Who’s YOUR Daddy? Is it your Dad, Stepdad or… is it your man?
Okay, let me go back.
I was listening to the radio the other day in the car and heard a song by Usher titled “Daddy’s Home.” Now, I don’t know what this song is about, so I couldn’t even tell you. I was too distracted by the fact that he wanted to be called “Daddy” by his woman.
Now I have heard many women do this and it’s probably popular.
I am a visual learner- I have a very photographic memory. So when someone says “Daddy” guess what? I see my Dad’s face (shocker).
So, imagine my mortification when hearing this song and even thinking for a second that my man would want me to call him Daddy- especially in the bedroom.
I had a conversation via BBM with my friend Jenny about this and we are both in agree to the following:
I am hereby declaring out loud for all to see that calling your man “Daddy“- especially in the bedroom is HIGHLY, HIGHLY inappropriate.
I mean really- who wants a visual of their dad during sex?

I t-totally agree with you. And kids go around saying it when they hear it and pick it up not even knowing what it means. They even say who’s your momma too, and as you say what man wants to see a visual image of his mom, no way.
