Then I realized that maybe I am a bulk-shopper. When I find something I like, it seems that I buy in many, many colors.
And if I’m being frank, those shoes at the top (compliments of Target- pronounced Tar-jay) are damn comfy and if they came in brown I would’ve bought that color too!
Those shirts, (compliments of New York & Company), are the staple work shirt and they are cute- why not have them in forty colors?
The pants (compliments of Old Navy) are Super Flare- hello?!?! I LOVE boot cute pants. I just do. And those pants? Fall over my shoes just right. Yay. And yes, my plan is to go back and find them in other colors and Old Navy. Don’t hate.
It takes the guesswork out of things. And? I don’t have to spend 60 years in the store looking for and trying on other stuff.
What do you think about my shopping instincts? Is there anything wrong with buying the same thing in a bazillion colors? Is that a fashion faux-pas? Did I miss that memo? Or am I just fashionably unstable? Do other people do this? I can’t be the only one.

My dear, there is nothing wrong with buying things you like in various colors. In my opinion it takes the guess work out of dressing. You got the pants, shoes and top, what the hell, just take the colors and that makes life so much easier. No struggle with trying to match. .

Thank you! I thought they were cute too. The other color was like a weird deep purple- like plum and I knew I had nothing to match with that or I would’ve bought that color too.
I do that too. If it fits and looks good, buy every color you can!

Honestly, who would you not buy something you love in a zillion colors? Especially the things we wear EVERY day. Now that I think about it, I’m going to go back and get that Chanel bag in tan, navy, and black!
