She wanted to be Foofa from Yo Gabba Gabba.
Easy enough. I went down to Halloween City and made that dream happen.

Boom! Foofa.
So I hit the Halloween jackpot with the costume.
Then? It was Halloween day. She was BEYOND psyched when I picked her up from daycare. “I’m going trick-or-treating” over and over and over.
We went trick-or-treating on the Air Force Base and instead of wasting time hittin’ up the Airmans homes, we knew where the real Halloween jackpot was- at the BIG HOUSES… where the Colonels and Generals live. Duh! Big houses, big candy (right?) Except that everyone on the Air Force Base must’ve had the same idea because everyone and their momma was out there trying to go to the Big Houses. That’s okay. We got around and Pea was in Halloween heaven.
The best part of the night happened when we walked up to a house that was hanging a Florida Gators flag outside. When she walked up to the house Pea shouted “GO GATORS!” and he responded “We’re having a rough season, but it’s okay. And for that? you get TWO pieces of candy, no- THREE pieces of candy.” That was classic!
Most importantly, Pea had a fantastic time and that’s really all that matters.
